We have reached equal rights in America ! That's what was wide spread with our new President. Or have we?

My child who has a disability, is being told she can not be educated along side of her peers any longer simply because she has a disability.... She has NO behavioral problems, She has NO contagious issues.....she just needs longer to learn things and learns BEST along side her peers who are role modeling proper age appropriate actions, good study skills, great input of the world around her in quality speech, pushing to keep up with PT (she excels) and yet JUST BECAUSE she was born a little different than you and I she has the door to quality general education shut in her face!!!! I know it is illegal yet it has happened and we are devastated for her loss this year...
