Let me start with that all passengers will need to have their passports. 80.00 a piece, Mary has a passport.
For accommodations, we can reserve two oceanview Category F-1 Staterooms and have a crib put in one of them for the 1 year old. The do have one suite that would accommodate 5 guests but it is already reserved.
The rate would be as follows per stateroom:
Stateroom One
2 travelers at $557.34 each $1114.68
3 travelers at $407.34 each $1222.02
Total Stateroom One $2336.70
Stateroom Two
2 travelers at $557.34 each $1114.68
2 travelers at $407.34 each $ 814.68
Total Stateroom Two $1929.36
Total cost for all $4266.06
We can also reserve two inside category K staterooms and have a crib put in one of them for the 1 year old.

To confirm any of these staterooms, Royal Caribbean requires a deposit of $200 per stateroom and final balance will be due by May 10, 2010. Royal Caribbean Cruises does offer Cruise Care Insurance for an additional $29 per person, that can be added at any time up to final payment.
