A LOAF OF BREAD

I want to share this actual event that happened while driving. I am driving my 15 passenger van for a long distance trip. A good friend, Nancy experienced parent is in the front passenger seat. In the seat right behind us I have Jordan and Lucas, the seat behind them Tressa and Mariah (Nancy's daughter) the next seat is Kaitlyn and in the back seat is Steven. The two flat screen TVs are on, it is approaching time for lunch. Tressa has Prader-willi syndrome so while packing or doing ANYTHING where food is a part of our lives I have to plan, prepare, predict..... So I have the food that can be opened up near the front. Although climbing in and out for potty breaks it is not wise for a loaf of bread to be there. while I packed, I was very careful to put the loaf of bread safe and secure. We continue to drive down the road in the rain. Nancy is getting out the Peanut butter and jelly, plates, knife and all the fruit to make some lunches..We request the loaf of bread from the back. The kids all lean down to look. No one says anything. I said the loaf of bread is UNDER the seat Tressa is sitting on BEHIND the bag of pull ups, NEXT TO the pink suitcase. I hear "I got it" and Steve passes forward a sock. ???HUNH??? Oh then Kaitlyn says "Steven that's not bread" so she moves and I again say slowly UNDER the seat Tressa is sitting on BEHIND the bag of pull ups, NEXT TO the pink suitcase. They all start again. Mariah says "I see it" and she then has nothing in her hands and says I don't know. SO I said Guys.....the loaf of bread is UNDER the seat Tressa is sitting on BEHIND the bag of pull ups, NEXT TO the little pink suitcase. I have gotten to the point I just want to pull over....it is raining so hard. Nancy and I decide this is a good experiment so lets move forward... I hear someone say they are hungry. I tell them we have everything ready we just need the loaf of bread which is UNDER the seat Tressa is sitting on, BEHIND the bag of pull ups, NEXT TO the pink suitcase. I was 100% sure as I made a mental note and could see it in my mind. We continued to drive in the pouring ran down the interstate as they all seemingly tried their best to locate a loaf of bread is UNDER the seat Tressa is sitting on BEHIND the bag of pull ups, NEXT TO the little pink suitcase......45 minutes later and a van full of giggling people..... THEY FIND THE LOAF OF BREAD!!!!!UNDER the seat Tressa is sitting on, BEHIND the bag of pull ups, NEXT TO the pink suitcase.
