It was tough to get out of bed this morning. All the kids were on my bed changing my morning news to cartoons. Jordan and Tressa were doing the footsie games, I call it. Feet to feet peddling like a bike. Lucas climbs on everyone laughing. Steven is a serous cartoon addict so he is focused on the TV and Kaitlyn little mama focused on making sure everyone stays on the bed, Lucas doesn't fall off. This makes Lucas crawl faster and more often.. It is always in unison.. WE'RE HUNGRY.. Hey, I made it past 8 this morning. Almost 9 am, we are going to make breakfast. Steven wants a bowl of cereal. Tressa is skipping snack so she can have a waffle with some sugar free Honey, Jordan is waffles, Lucas is grits/egg/cheese and Kaitlyn bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Keirsten is still gaining teen beauty sleep. My friend Gail can't believe we have this style of breakfast in the mornning although it is the same amount of time and energy because it is routine,they are all HAPPY. What more does a mom want....happy kids.
Now they are all putting their rooms in order, making their beds so we can start a Pinata for next weekend which is Kaitlyn and Michelle's BIRTHDAY PARTY. I am off to prep for a very messy project. We will keep you posted. Right now I believe we are doing a model head.. Kaitlyn's theme is grown up "make over" She has sample MaryKay to pass out in her gift bags and sample make up to use during the party. All teen colors. we will post the progress through out this week. It will be filled with personal care product samples...
