Today we made ice cream with skim milk, egg whites, vanilla and sugar substitute and it tastes VERY GOOD!
We have one problem.... we burned up our ice cream maker :0(
A cup of ice cream and they are all sleeping soundly. I was trying to find something to treat them but not candy. We had baked chicken and veggies for dinner as we waited for our ice cream to freeze.
